MSDS Material Safety Data Sheet- all manufacturers must provide this with any hazardous product they sell
Ergonomics applied science to promote the safety and well being of people by adapting the environment and using techniques to prevent injuries

Patient Safety -Not perform procedures on paients unless instructed and properly authorized -provide privacy -alway knock -explain procedure before begin -observe patient closely during any procedures -check all areas for safety hazards -observe all safety checkpoints
Safety checkpoints -put in confortable position -side rails elevated -bed at lowest level -wheels locked -call signal within reach -open privacy curtains -area neat and clean -no hazards present
Safety HCT must: be aware of personal and patient safety; follow all safety policies; have a legal responsibility to protect patient from harm and injury
