Foreign Policy A set of plans for guiding with other countries, these are made by the President
Ambassadors represenative to another foreign gov. President chooses the ambassador
Executive agreements agreement with other countries, without legislative approval
Domestic Policy Plans for dealing with national problems
Influence over Congress Veto a bill, influence budget, can persuade them by speech, meeting, & call special sessions
