Autocratic Leadership Extreme form of transactional leadership where leader exerts high amounts of power on team members
Bureaucratic Leadership Leads by the book and follows procedures
Charismatic Leadership Leader exerts high amounts of enthusiasm to drive others forward
Democratic Leadership Team members contribute to the decision making process and this increases job satisfaction and motivates team members to work hard
Laissez Faire Leadership Hands-off leadership style where employees are given the freedom to make decisions
People-oriented Leadership Leader focuses on organizing and developing team members and this leads to good teamwork and creative collaboration but may also lead to failure of achieving team's goals.
Task-oriented Leadership Leader focuses only on getting the job done and can be quite autocratic
Transactional Leadership Team members agree to totally obey the leader and leader has the right to punish members.
Transformational Leadership Leader focuses on inspiring the team and can be highly visible and spends a lot of time communicating.
