dissociative disorder Breakdown in memory, identity or perception. Escape realtiy through amnesia, fugue, or alternate identiy
eating disorders anorexia nervosa - refusal to eat; bulimia nervosa - binge eating and purging
mood disorders condition of prolonged, intense abnormal mood like sadness.
bipolar one or more manic episode
cyclothymic disorder numerous depressive episodes
depressive disorders one or more major depressive episode
personality disorders personality traits that become inflexible or are source of impaired functioning, distress and conflict with others
antisocial no loyalty or concern for others
histrionic emotional, irrational outbursts and tantrums, flamboyant.
narcissistic grandiose sense of self-importance
paranoid continually suspicious and mistrustful of other people
schizoid emotionally cold and aloof; indifferent
pervasive developmental disorders autism and Asperger syndrome
schizophrenia chronic psychotic disorder
sexual and gender identity disorders paraphilias and sexyal dysfunctions
somatoform disorders expressed as physical symptoms
substance related disorders associated with regular use of substances that affect the central nervous system
