ILIOPSOAS If both iliacus and psoas major are tagged, the two muscles are referred to as Iliopsoas. Located in the pelvis.
HIP & THIGH MUSCLES !. Iliopsoas 2. Sartorius 3. Gracilis 4. Tensor Fasciae Latae 5. Gluteus maximus 6. Gluteus medius 7. Quadriceps femoris 8. Adductor longus 9. Adductor magnus 10. Hamstrings
QUADRICEPS FEMORIS 1. Rectus femoris: Runs down the middle 2. Vastus lateralis: lateral side 3. Vastus medialis: medial side 4. Vastus intermedius: deep to rectus femoris
HAMSTRINGS 1. Biceps femoris: lateral 2. Semitendinosus (middle / midline) 3. Semimembranosus: Comes out of both sides from semitendinosus.
