Creativity Developing and expressing ideas that could be useful - Not so much a talent as a goal-oriented process, involves convergent and divergent thinking
Innovation Embodiment, combination and or synthesis of knowledge in original, relavent, valued new products or services; is a result of the creative process
Managing creativity and innovation must manage divergent and convergent thinking, combine ideas to create novel proposals (divergent), assessing feasability (convergent)
