How do you percieve white? White is percieved when different lights composing with light matter on there way to are eyes.
How do you percieve black? Black is percieved when different lights composing with light matter on there way to are eyes.
What is hue? Hue is the color itself and each different hue is reflected differently throught wavelengths of light.
What are the primary colors? The three basic colors used too make other colors(red, blue, yellow).
What are the secondary colors? The three colors that are made up by the primary colors they are violet,green, and orange.
What are the tertiary colors? when you mix equal parts of one primary and one secondary color you achieve the tertiary colors. These colors are red-violet, blue-violet, blue-green, yellow-green, yellow-orange, and red-orange.
What is a saturated color? A tint is a saturated color mixed in with with a pure white color
What three groups make up the color wheel? The three colors that make up the color wheel are primary, secondary, terrtiary.
What is a tint? A saturated color that is mixed in with a pure white color. The more whits that you add to a saturated color, the lighter the color will become.
What is a shade? A shade is a saturated color that is mixed with a pure black color. The more black that you add to a saturated color the darker the color will become.
What are three colors that are considered to be warm colors? Three warm colors are red, orange, and yellow.
What are three colors that are considered to be cool colors? Three cool colors are blue, green, and violet.
What are the five neutral colors? five neutral colors are black, grey, white, brown, and tan.
What are the six types of color harmonies? Six types of color harmonies are monochromatic, analogous, complementary, triadic, split complementary,and neutral.
What is a monochromatic color harmony? This is achieved by using tints and shades of only one color. For example: navy blue, bright blue, and baby blue.
What is an analougus color harmony? Thisis done by using three or more colors that are next to each other on the color wheel. For example: red, red-violet, and violet.
What is a complementary color harmony? This is when two colors tht are directly across from each other on the color wheel. For example: blue and orange.
What is a triadic color harmony? This is when three colors are located within equal distances of each other. For example: orange, violet, and green.
What is a split complementary scheme? This is created by using any color and the two colors llocated next to that colors compliment. For example: yellow, red-violet, and blue-violet.
What is a neutral color scheme? This is when any combination of blacks, greys, whites, browns, and tans are used.
