if you see a patient's CD4 levels drop below 500 but do not have labs to verify yet, what would you expect to see in your patient? dormant phase, maybe mono symptoms, no antibodies yet
what is a common fungal infection that is a normal flora that could be a complication when the patient's CD4 levels drop 500 cells or less? oropharyngeal candidiasis
