This drug when given orally to a horse will often suppress the normal flora thus allow overgrowth of a salmonella in the GI tract resulting in salmonellosis oxytetracycline
This antibacterial drug and other members of its family have been associated with ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity gentamycin (aminoglycosides)
This drug should not be used for treatment of pregnant queens because of the potential for teratogenic effects griseofulvin
This drug, which is given in slow IV injections is known for nephrotoxicity Amphotericin B
This agent used orally to treat and prevent swine dysentery can cause a fatal colitis if given orally to horses lincomycin
