Criteria Specific outcomes for a project (CRITICAL list)
Input INFO fed INTO a data processing system or computer
Output Something such as power energy or INFO that is PRODUCED--> by a machine or system
Program A sequence of CODING INSTRUCTIONS that can be used by COMPUTER or MACHINE to complete a task
Component One of the parts of something, typically an IMPORTANT PIECE of a system
Automation The method of making a MACHINE, a process, or a system WORK W being directly controlled by a person
Servo motor MECHANICAL DEVICE that ROTATES or PUSHES parts of a machine with a numerical value
IR ( infrared sensor) DETECTs objects by emitting INFARED LIGHT from a special SENSOR
System A regularly interacting or independent group of items FORMING a UNIFIED WHOLE
Air mass A BODY of AIR with horizontally uniform temperature, humidity and pressure
Climate AVERAGE WEATHER CONDITIONS of a place over a period of time
Precipitation WATER that FALLS to the ground as rain, snow, sleet etc
Season One of FOUR PERIODS in which the YEAR is divided (spring, summer, autumn and winter)
Weather STATE of the air and ATMOSPHERE in regard to how warm or cold, wet or dry, clear or stormy it is
Data FACTUAL INFO such as measurements or statistics.
Effective Producing or able to produce a DESIRED EFFECT
Controlled variable The VARIABLE that must be kept CONSTANT/UNCHANGING during a fair test
Constraints LIMITS imposed on your prototype, usually limits on time, cost or resources
