NPV convert future value benefits on their present value equivalent
Return on Investment measures the effectiveness of management in generating profits
Breakeven analysis determines the point at which the cumulative dollar value of benefits from a project equals the investments made in the project
SDLC traditional systems development method for large scale IT projects
Waterfall approach task phase has to be completed before the work proceeds to the next stage
Feasibility study main task of system investigation stage; 1) do nothing 2)modify/ enhance system 3) develop new system
