How did the seasons affect native people? Their foods, clothes, and shelters changed with the seasons.
How did Virginia Indians get their food in the winter? They hunted birds and other animals. They also ate food that had stored (saved) from the fall.

How do most native people in Virginia live today? Today, most natives live like other Virginias- they vote, have jobs, and buy what they need
What are powwows? Powwows are festivals held by Virginia Indian tribes.
