Multivalent ions + Levothyroxine Fluoroquinolones Bisphosphonates Tetracyclines (Reduce the effectiveness of a drug )
Nitrates + PDE5 inhibitors Causes hypotension - risk of severe hypotension if both drugs are taken together
ACE inhibitors Risk of hyperkalemia Potassium - elevating drugs , k - elevating drugs should be avoided
Ritonavir + Protease inhibitors Less dose can be used to achieve the same clinical effect w/o causing excess side effects

{Phenytoin) + Warfarin, Estrogens, Progestogens induces CYP enzymes - reduces plasma concentrations of drugs - reducing their clinical effects
(Corticosteroids)+ Beta - 2 agonists increases the risk of hypokalemia (low blood potassium levels)
Alpha-blockers + Antihypertensive drugs can lower blood pressure. taking it with other drugs that lower blood pressure can cause an ADDITIVE effect - (dangerously low blood pressure)-- (two or more drugs classes) that reduce BP
