Що таке інформація? Це відчужене знання , яке може бути записане на матеріальному носії.
Що таке інформаційні технології? Сукупність методів і програмно-технічних засобів, об’єднаних в технологічний ланцюг, що забезпечує збір, обробку, зберігання й відображення інформації з метою зниження трудомісткості її використання, а також для підвищення її надійності та оперативності.
Що таке інформаційні процеси? Це процеси збору, обробки накопичення, зберігання, пошуку й розповсюдження інформації.
Що таке документована інформація ? Це інформація, яку зафіксовано на матеріальному носії і має реквізити для її ідентифікації.
Хто такий користувач? Це суб’єкт, що звертається за отриманням необхідних йому інформаційних ресурсів або інформаційних технологій.
Що таке операційна система (ОС) ? Це програма, яка автоматичнозавантажується під час включення комп’ютера і представляє користувачеві базовий набір команд, за допомогою яких можна здійснювати спілкування з комп’ютером.
Що таке інформаційна безпека особистості ? Це захищеність психіки й свідомості людини від небезпечних інформаційних впливів: маніпулювання свідомістю, дезінформування, спонукання до образ, самогубства тощо.
Що таке цифровий слід? Це сукупність даних, які користувач генерує під час перебування в цифровому просторі.
Що таке логін? Це алфавітно-цифровий набір символів, що ідентифікує користувача комп’ютера або комп’ютерної мережі.
Що таке пароль? Це кодова інформація в будь якому вигляді (цифровому, словесному, електронному) , яка слугує ключем до входу в систему різної складності.
