What is located in the abdominal cavity? most of the digestive system organs as well as the kidneys and most of the ureters
What is located in the pelvic cavity? the distal part of the large intestine, the remainder of the ureters, the urinary bladder, and the internal reproductive organs
How do you calculate magnification with the microscope? ocular lens x objective lens
Resolution discriminating between two points; width of field decreases as resolution increases
Parfocal once you focus at low magnification, the object will remain in focus at other magnifications
