Fosamax Classification: Bisphosphonates Uses: treat/prevent osteoporosis, treats paget's disease take on an empty stomach can't lie down/eat/drink for 30 min after taking take w/ water
Xanax Classification: Benzodiazepine Uses: anxiety, panic attack Schedule 4 do not mix with alcohol/narcotics: may suppress breathing do not use in dementia patients: can cause more anxiety or deep sleep
