Semimembranosus, Semitendinosus, and Biceps Femoris Origin: Ischial Tuberosity (3)
Vastus Medialis Origin: Length of femur, medial condyloid ridge
Vastus Intermedius Origin: Upper anterior surface of femur
Vastus Lateralis Origin: Intertrochanteric line, greater trochanter
Rectus Femoris Origin: Anterior, inferior iliac spine, groove above acetabulum
Iliacus Origin: Inner surface of ilium
Psoas Origin: Sides of the bodies of T12-L5 and the base of the sacrum
Rectus Femoris Origin: Anterior, inferior iliac spine, groove above acetabulum
Sartorius Origin: Anterior, superior iliac spine
Adductor Brevis Origin: Front of the pubic (pubic ramus), below the adductor longus origin
Adductor Longus Origin: Anterior pubic below the crest
Adductor Magnus Origin: Edge of the pubic ramus, ischium and ischial tuberosity
Gracilis Origin: Anteromedial edge of the pubic ramus
Biceps Femoris Origin: Ischial tuberosity, lower posterior femur
Semimembranosus and Semitendinosus Origin: Ischial tuberosity
Gluteus Maximus Origin: Posterior crest of ilium, sacrum, and coccyx
Gluteus Medius Origin: Lateral ilium below the crest
Gluteus Minimus Origin: Lateral ilium below the gluteus medius
Piriformis Origin: Anterior sacrum, posterior portions of ischium, and obturator foramen
