What are Cybersquatters? Cybersquatters set up identical or confusingly similar domain to existing trademarks.
Is a copyright notice required? No.
How many copies of a Copyright notice is required? To claim infringement must have two copies of the work registered with the U.S. Patent Office
What is Copyrightable? Goods and services like literary, musical, dramatic, and artistic works.
What are copyright holders rights? Reproduce the work, prepare derivatives from the original work, Distribute copies of recordings of the work, Publicly perform the work and Publicly display the work
What is "fair use" Allows limited use of copyright materials based on nature of work, character of the use, the effect on the market and the portion used.
What are the four categories of Patentability? The four categories are processes, machines, manufactures, and compositions of matter
What is a pure business method? A pure business method consists of a series of steps related to performing a business process.
What is a trade secret? A trade secret is any formula, device, or compilation of information used in one’s business that provides an advantage over competitors who do not have that information
