Patella kneecap A flat, rounded triangular bone which articulates with the femur (thigh bone) and covers and protects the anterior articular surface of the knee joint.
Metatarsal Bones, or Metatarsus a group of five long bones in the foot, located between the tarsal bones of the hind- and mid-foot and the phalanges of the toes.
Phalanges are digital bones in the hands and feet Fingers and Toes distal, intermediate, and proximal
Tarsus a cluster of seven articulating bones in each foot situated between the lower end of the tibia and the fibula of the lower leg and the metatarsus.

Xiphoid Process the cartilaginous section at the lower end of the sternum, which is not attached to any ribs, and gradually ossifies during adult life.
Costal Cartilage Bars of cartilage that serve to prolong the ribs forward and contribute to the elasticity of the walls of the thorax. Connect ribs to Sternum
Metatarsal or Metatarsus Foot bones (medial region) a group of five long bones in the foot, located between the tarsal bones of the phalanges
