Mono nu cleosis viral disease caused byEpstein-Barr (EBV) virus. EBV invades B-lymphocytes & causes lg #'s of T-lymphocytes to go into attack mode

Sple no megaly enlargement of spleen due to accumulation of infectious materials caused by septicemia, leukemia and mononucleous
