TermDefinition
Individual Human Experiences Responses that are unique to the context of each person
Collective Human Experiences Responses that are shared by families, friendships groups, sporting teams, humans in general, etc.
Macro aspect of collective experiences Nationality, race, religion, sexuality, economic identities and communities we are born into
Representation The depiction of a thing, person or idea in written, visual, performed or spoken language.
Appreciate Make a judgement about the value of something
Explore Inquire into or discuss a subject in detail
Interpret Draw meaning from
Analyse Identify components and the relationship between them; draw out and and relate implications
Evaluate Make a judgement based on criteria; determine the value of something
Anomalies Aspects of life and human experience that are out of the norm. Something that deviates from what is standard, normal or expected
Inconsistencies Not staying the same throughout or not compatible or in keeping with others
Paradoxes a person or thing exhibiting apparently contradictory characteristics; an opinion that conflicts with common belief
Human behaviour Is the response(s) of individuals or groups of humans to internal and external stimuli
Motivation Is the reason for people's actions, desires or needs. Can also be the reason a person wants to repeat a behaviour.
Human qualities Physical or behavioural traits that define human beings
