Alzheimer’s Disease Mental deterioration, common cause of premature senility. Alois AlzheimerI discovered the disease in 1906.
Parkinson’s disease Disease of the nervous system, and it also eats away at the brain (basal ganglia). ( at the time of it’s discovery the disease was known as a neurological syndrome) and it was found by James Parkinson.
Graves disease It is an auto immune disease that causes the thyroid to create an over production of hormones, The disease shares it’s name with Robert Graves’ who made notes on the illness in the 1800’s.
Crohn's disease An inflammatory disease of the colon and intestines. The condition was first described by Dr. Burril Crohn in 1932
Pott’s disease Is a rare infectious disease of the spine, it is also commonly referred to as tuberculous spondylitis . This disease got the name because of the British surgeon Percivall Pott, who discovered it in 1779.
Dermatology Study of skin
Dermatitis The inflammation of skin
Dermalgia Pain that is experienced in the skin.
Pruitis Itchiness in the skin
Pyoderma An infection of the skin
