Introduction to Career Clusters

Career Clusters groups of similar occupations and industries used to expose students to a variety of career paths and explain the knowledge and skills are necessary to succeed in each; there are 16 Clusters
Career Pathways smaller, more specific groups of occupations within a Career Cluster used to help students narrow career fields of interest
Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources Career Cluster consisting of seven Pathways: Food Products and Processing Systems; Plant Systems; Animal Systems; Power, Structural and Technical Systems; Natural Resource Systems; Environmental Service Systems; Agribusiness Systems
Architecture & Construction Career Cluster consisting of three Pathways: Design and Preconstruction; Construction; Maintenance and Operations
Arts, Audio/Visual Technology & Communications Career Cluster consisting of six Pathways: Audio and Video Technology and Film; Journalism and Broadcasting; Performing Arts; Printing Technology; Telecommunications; Visual Arts
