MetaData | a set of data that describes and gives information about other data. |
Data | facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis. |
Spreadsheet | an electronic document in which data is arranged in the rows and columns of a grid and can be manipulated and used in calculations. |
Browser History | is the list of web pages a user has visited, as well as associated data such as page title and time of visit. |
Digital Literacy | refers to an individual's ability to find, evaluate, and compose clear information through writing and other media on various digital platforms. |
Blog | a regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style. |
Dossier | a collection of documents about a particular person, event, or subject. |
Derogatory | showing a critical or disrespectful attitude. |
Social Networking | the use of dedicated websites and applications to interact with other users, or to find people with similar interests to oneself. |
Viral | relating to or involving an image, video, piece of information, etc., that is circulated rapidly and widely from one internet user to another. |
Profile | an outline of something, especially a person's face, as seen from one side. |
Privacy Settings | are controls available on many social networking and other websites that allow users to limit who can access your profile and what information visitors can see. |
