Red herring Something, especially a clue, that is misleading or distracting
Digression A temporary departure from the main subject in speech or writing
Anemic Lacking power or vitality due to a condition in which you lack enough healthy red blood cells
Irate Feeling or characterized by great anger
Moor Open, uncultivated land
Profane Describing someone not respectful or proper, especially of religious practices
Mire A stretch of swampy or boggy ground OR a situation of great difficulty or distress
Circumspect Describing someone who is cautious of and unwilling to take risks
Marred Describing something whose appearance has been spoiled or damaged
Acute Describing something that is experienced to a severe or intense degree
Deduce To arrive at a conclusion by reasoning and logical thinking
Spherical Describing something that is shaped like a sphere
Implode To collapse violently inwards
Singularity The state or condition of being singular; the only one- uniqueness, difference
Roisterer A person who is carefree, joyous, and enjoys a good time
Intuition The ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning
Precedent An earlier event or action that is regarded as an example or guide to be considered in subsequent similar circumstances
