Abbreviation A shortened form of a word of phrase.
Active Pursuing an occupation or an activity.
Aggressive Communication Style Method of expressing needs that does not take into account of the welfare of others.
Analyzers A person that analyses given data. They are detail oriented and logical.
Analyzers' Non-verbal Behaviors They are cautious and logical.
Assertive Communication Style A very open style of communication without being too harsh or demanding.
Brainstorming Group discussion to produce ideas or solve problems.
Collaborators A person who works jointly on an activity or project.
Collaborators' Non-verbal Behaviors They are generous, appreciative, and very mindful people who will always help you when you need it.
Constructive Criticism Giving opinions with some negative and positive comments without being harsh.
Controllers A person in charge of an organizations finances.
Controllers' Non-verbal Behaviors They are very controlling and lack self-control majority of the time.
Criticism The expression of disapproval towards someone based on perceived faults or mistakes.
Customer Person or organization that buys goods from a business.
Defensive Very anxious to challenge or avoid criticism.
Detached Separate or disconnected.
Enunciate To pronounce clearly.
Etiquette Code of polite behavior in society or among members in a group.
Formative Evaluation Method for judging a program while program activities are forming.
Impact Evaluation Involved Looking at the outcomes, if they were intended or unintended
Need (Target Audience) A thing that is required
Objective A thing aimed at. (A goal)
Passive Allowing what others do without acting back at them.
Passive Aggressive Communication Style When you look passive on the outside but you are really acting out of aggression in the inside.
Passive Communication Style Individuals that have avoided expressing their opinions or feelings.
Process Evaluation Process to determine how successful the project was.
Professional Person that is engaged in a profession.
Reflection Serious thought or consideration.
Research (Target Audience) Investigate systematically.
Socializers A person who enjoys being social with others.
Socializers' Non-verbal Behaviors They tend to express their feelings through they body language and their face expressions.
Specificity (Target Audience) Relating uniquely to a particular subject.
Strategy (Target Audience) A plan of action designed to achieve a major goal.
Sympathize Agree with an opinion.
Target Audience A particular group that a text or speech is aimed at.
Verbal In the form of words. (Talking)
