Budget Variance the difference between the budgeted or baseline amount of expense or revenue, and the actual amount
Allowance partial return of a slae price for mechandise the customer has kept.
Budget an estimate of income and expenditure for a set period of time.
Financial Plan a comprehensive evaluation of an investor's current and future financial state by using currently know variables to predict future cash flow, asset values and withdrawal plans
Fixed Expense expense that will be the same total amount regardless of changes in the amount of sales, production, or some other activity
Money Management process of managing money, including investments, budgeting, banking, and taxes
Net Worth a concept applicable to individuals and businesses as a key measure of how much an entity is worth
Personal Assets an asset in the form of money or chattels
Budget Category these funds can be used for programming and services that provide nutrition, basic family assistance, housing, and bereavement
Financial Goals the monetary objectives of an individual or organization that are often determined by their requirements for funds
Income money received, especially on a regular basis, for work or through investments
Long Term Goals something you want to accomplish in the future
Short Term Goals objective that a business expects to achieve in the near future
Deficit the amount by which something, especially a sum of money, is too small
Surplus am amount of something left over when requirements have been met; an excess of production or supply over demand
Start Up Cost the initial expenses necessary to get a business or projects started
Equity the value of the shares issued by a company
Debt money that is owned or due
Revenue income, especially when of a company or organization and of a substantial nature
Profit a financial gain difference between the amount earned and the amount spent in buying
Loss company fails to generate enough revenue to cover all expenses
Cash Flow the movement of money into and out of a company's accounts
Line of Credit type of loan that is issued by a bank
Interest Rate the cost of debt for the borrower and the rate of return for the lender
Asset any tangible or intangible that is expected to be utilized in the business operation for an extended time
Liability an obligation arising from an action or a failure to take action, in the normal course of a business
Collateral assets that you are willing to put up to secure credit
Capital the money or wealth needed to produce good and services
Loan Term a loan from a bank for a specific amount that has a specified repayment schedule and interest rate
