What is a meek customer? | It is a person who will generally not complain most dangerous to businesses because they will complain to other people |
What is a rip-off customer? | a customer who wants to get something they are not entitled to receive often response with a repetitive "not good enough" responce |
What is a troubleshoot? | It is to determine what problems exist and how to correct them |
