What is the management for a temperature over 100F? Offer emotional/herbal support, electrolyte fluids, and monitor for signs of infection. (Transport if hydration doesn't work)

What is the least accurate way to take a temperature? Ax (armpit)

What is the normal count for respirations per minute for an adult? 12-20
What can hyperventilation indicate? fear/anxiety, improper breathing, infections process.
What is the management for hyperventilation? Emotional/herbal support, slow breathing, breathe in a bag, monitor for signs of infection. (Transport if needed)
