What is frustration-regression in relation to how needs are activated? An already satisfied lower level need can become reactivated when a higher level need cannot be satisfied
What are the aspects of the acquired needs theory? Need for Achievement (nAch), Need for Power (nPower), Need for Affiliation (nAFF)
What is the Need for achievement? The desire to do something better or more efficiently
What is the need for Power? The desire to control others, influence behavior or be responsible for others
What is the need for affiliation? The desire to establish and maintain friendly and warm relations with others
What is another name for the Two Factory theory and who developed it? Motivator Hygiene Theory, Fredrick Herzberg
What does the two factor theory do? Identifies motivator factors as primary causes of job satisfaction and hygiene factors as primary causes of dissatisfaction
