Toprol XL metoprolol 450mg qd c meals in 3 divided doses 450 milligram every day with meals in three divided doses Class:
Dilantin phenytoin 100mg titrating dosage P.O. tid x 2wk: |^ 200mg x 2wk; maint. 300mg P.O. qd 100 mg by mouth three times a day for 2 weeks then increase dose, 200 mg times 2 weeks, maintenance dose 300 mg by mouth every day. Class:
