What are the 2 different options for the election of pay delivery? Direct Deposit The mbr’s pay is deposited into check/savings acct each payday via EFT. Accrue net at PPC A mbr may have their pay held at PPC during PCS/extended leave/TDY periods. Submit a new election to resume regular pay delivery.
What form number do you submit to your SPO to change your pay delivery method? CG-2015, Pay Delivery Worksheet
How often are you furnished a Pay Slip? Twice a the month, at the end of each pay period
On your End Month Pay Slip how much of the monthly amount of Earnings, Taxes, Deductions and Allotments are shown? One-Half of the monthly amount.
Leave is earned is credited on what Pay Slip? End Month Pay Slip
In addition to the Pay Slip, what report can be run to validate a member’s pay and allowances? Payroll Verification Report
For enlisted members in the accession pipeline who have no prior service, ensure they are not receiving what entitlement? BAS
For sea pay eligible vessels what do you need to verify on the members Pay Slip? For mbrs assigned to career sea pay eligible vessels, check to make sure the sea pay amount matches the number of years of sea duty the mbr has, reflect the appropriate sea pay level for the vessel type and DMR is applied for essential messing units.
What do you need to verify in regards to BAH? Is the housing allow correct for the mbr's depn status, govt qrtrs assignment status, and duty station zip code. If the amount for the duty station zip code is incorrect, does the mbr have auth to receive a housing allow based on the location of depndents
When should you validate a members Pay slip? 1 At the end of the 1st pay period following accession into active or res comp. 2 At the end of the 1st pay period follow PCS rpt. 3 At the end of the 1st pay period follow an invol/vol call to AD (including ADT) for a mbr of the res comp. 4 Semiannually
