Diverse markets Specialized markets that vary in their ethnic, national, cultural, and geographic characteristics.
Promotional Mix Any combination of two or more promotional components (parts) that a business or organization uses to inform or persuade people to buy its products. The four components: advertising, publicity, personal selling, and sale promotion.
Sale promotion Part of the promotional mix that involves short-term incentives that encourage a customer to buy a product
Advertising Part of the promotional mix that is any paid form of non-personal presentation and promotion of ideas, goods, or services by an identified sponsor.
Publicity Part of the promotional mix that uses any activity designed to create a favorable image toward a business, its products, or its policies.
Personal selling Part of the promotional mix that uses any form of direct contact between a salesperson and a customer
Jingle A short tune or song with a catchy repetition used in advertisement
Public relations actual job that creates a favorable image toward a business, its product or policies
