What did life revolve around for most commoners ? The life for most commoners revolved around farming.
Were all commoners farmers? Not all commoners were farmers.
Were all Aztec men trained to be warriors? All Aztec men were trained to be warriors.
What did the strong state led to? The strong state led to a powerful king.
Who helped the king run the government? A group of five royal advisers helped the king.
Who came beneath the royal advisers ? Beneath the royal advises came lesser officials.
What was the Aztec government based on ? The government was based on strong rulers.
What was essential to Aztec rule? Tribute was essential to Aztec rule .
How did the tribute flow? The tribute flowed to the priest and temples.
What did the Aztecs worship? The Aztecs worshiped many gods.
Who was the most important god? The most important god was Huitzilopotchli, the Aztec sun and war god.
What was a form of religious ritual for the Aztecs? A form of religious ritual was human sacrifice to appease the gods.
