The Pillar of Health Attitudes It consists of one important value out of the seven values of the Chinese culture, diligence. It embraces the theory of having no extreme treatments or interventions for natural healing.
The Pillar of Mind Power It involves meditation, that is, a person will develop positive attitudes through meditation and relaxation, and thus will help with natural healing. "You are and become what you think you are."
The Pillar of Anger Management When you learn to control your emotions and your anger, you will develop harmony with no grudge nor expectation and thus this will promote natural healing.
The Pillar of Stress Control This explains the importance of not minding and not stressing about aging, weight gain, love, money, daily troubles or worries since these are causing diseases.
The Pillar of Mindfulness Healthy loving relationships promote healing through kindness, love, compassion, generosity and understanding of one another.
The Pillar of Healthy Living Optimum maintenance of the body through cleansing, or eating right, and mind setting and meditation. A healthy lifestyle developed through this will promote natural healing.
The Pillar of Chinese Health Yin and yang balance together in the body, spirit and mind, and this balance and harmony will promote natural healing.
The Pillar of Chinese Healing Principles of qi, blood, jing, and shen in Chinese medicine will be harmonized and balanced to create a yin and yang effect, thus promote healing.
The Pillar of Rejuvenation Health rejuvenation is brought about by free flow of good energy or qi, restful sleep, and healthy breathing.
