Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan - Herbs Shu Di, Shan Zhu Yu, Shan Yao, Fu Ling, Mu Dan Pi, Ze Xie,(LWDHW) + GUI ZHI, FU ZI
You Gui Wan Kidney Yang Xu w/diminished Mingmen fire. Source Yang & Yin Exhaustion from long term illness or old age, pronounced Yang Xu sxs + Yin, blood, Essence xu.
Er Xian Tang Deficient Kidney Yang (and Yin), empty Chong & Ren, Deficient fire(hot flash) but otherwise very cold. Originally for menopausal HTN.
Yue Ju Wan Mild Liver Qi Stagnation. Five types of stagnation:qi(Xiang Fu), blood(Chuan Xiong), heat(Zhi Zi), phlegm(Cang Zhu), food(Shen Qu)
Ban Xia Hou Po Tang Plum pit qi, stifling sensation in chest & hypochondriac region.
Gua Luo Xia Bai Bai Jiu Tang Chest Bi due to HT Yang Xu with cold & phlegm obstruction
Gua Luo Xia Bai Ban Xia Tang For pronounced cold phlegm
Jin Ling Zi San- herbs and indication Chuan Lian Zi, Yan Hu Suo Pain due to Liver Qi Stagnation. Heat & Blood stagnation I: Severe liver channel pain w/heat sxs (bitter taste, irritability)
Su Zi Jiang Qi Tang Upper Jiao excess w/ LJ deficiency or Cold-Phlegm in LU w/ KD not grasping Qi. Sxs inc: Cough w/ WHITE sputum
Ding Chuan Tang Wheeze d/t ext. Wind-Cold & phlegm-heat smoldering in the interior. Sxs inc:Cough & wheez w/copious, YELLOW sputum
Si Mo Tang Constraint & clumping of LR Qi d/t injury from emotional upset. LR attacking LU. SXs inc: clear emotional trigger.
Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Tang St Qi Rebellion d/t def cold + ST phlegm. Sxs inc: N/V, unremitting hiccup, belching. Cold phlegm obstructs MJ due to MJ deficiency (causing ST to rebel.)
Ju Pi Zhu Ru Tang ST Qi rebellion d/t phlegm-heat obstructing ST. (Warm formula)
Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang Blood stagnation in chest up to head
Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang Blood stagnation in low abdomen. Sxs inc:Pain and/or palpable fixed masses
Ge Xia Zhu Yu Tang Blood & Qi stagnation in epigastrium & abdomen(ubilicus to diaphragm)
Shen Tong Zhu Yu Tang Blood & Qi stagnation in WHOLE BODY(Limbs). Sxs inc: Bi synd w/pain all over, esp joints.
Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang Blood stagnation in head & face
Shi Xiao Tang - herbs and indication Wu Ling Zhi, Pu Huang. Treats Severe sharp fixed pain from chest to lower abdomen; palpable masses.
Bu Yuan Huan Wu Tang Severe def of Yang qi w/ blood stasis obstruct meridians in post wind-stroke sequelae.(This is Tao Hong Si Wu Tang w/ Huang Qi and Di Long.
Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan Blood stasis in uterus. Inc: Threatened miscarriage and masses
Sheng Hua Tang Post-partum blood stasis w/ cold in low abdomen
Wen JIng Tang Deficiency & cold of Ren Chong + blood stasis. Sxs inc: Mild, persistent uterine bleeding w/ dark blood, irregular menses
Fu Yuan Huo Xue Tang Blood stasis d/t traumatic injury(for acute situation). Treats Excruciating pain d/t trauma. (Formula for the Cruciatus curse. “Crucio!”)
Die Da Wan Blood stasis d/t traumatic injury(Acute soft tissue injury)
Shi Hui San Blood stasis anywhere in body(from trauma)
Ke Xue Tang Coughing bloody sputum d/t Liver Fire harassing/scorching the Lung.
Huai Hua San Bloody stools d/t intestinal toxic heat or damp-heat
Xiao Ji Yin Zi Blood in urine or bloody Lin syndrome
Huang Tu Tang Def Cold in MJ/ SP not controlling blood. Must have SP Qi Xu and MJ Cold.
Jiao Ai Tang Ren & Chong deficiency/Instability. Sxs Inc: Uterine bleeding, heavy menses, constant spotting, post-partum bleeding, gestational bleeding
Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan - indication Basic formula to tonify Kidney Qi & Yang and conditions of fluid metabolism. Nourishes yin to tonify Yang/Warms Yang to Nourish Yin.
Jing Lin Zi San - indication Pain due to Liver Qi Stagnation w/ Heat & Blood stagnation. Sxs inc: Severe liver channel pain w/ heat sxs(bitter taste, irritability).
