What is counseling? Process used to review performance and potential

What is tact? sense of what to do or say to maintain good relations and avoid offense
Purpose of counseling? One person to help another.
7 steps to problem solving? ID the problem, gather info, develop criteria, generate solutions, analyze solutions, compare solutions, implement decision
What is communication? Exchange of info and ideas between people.
