what was the Armada? a fleet of about 130 warships to attack England. the king sent them from spain.
who was james cook? he labded on the pacific ocean he namd it sandwich island. he was an explorer. he crated the hawian islands.
who was johannes gutenberg? he invented a printing press that used movable type, or small revsable metal pieces for each letter and number. he introduced the bible on it.
who was learnado da vinci? he was a great renasance artist. he wrote backwords. many people stiil consider him a genuis
what was the counter reformation? they were against the reformation. roman catholics still accepted that only the church could explain the bible.
