final draft is a piece of writing that will be handed in as your best work.
Rough Draft the first version of a piece of writing
Sender is the individual who initiates a message. Also called the communicator or source.
Recipient receiving or capable or receiving something
Business Letter : A business letter is usually a letter from one company to another, or between such organizations and their customers, clients and other external parties. The overall style of letter depends on the relationship between the parties concerned
Salutation: is a polite greeting, an expression of good will, or other sign of recognition. Also called a greeting.
Body the main part of your essay or paper.Contains a topic sentence that tells readers what the paragraph is going to be about, supporting sentences that discuss the idea or ideas in the topic sentence using examples and/or evidence to support that discussion
Closing The closing sentence is the last sentence in a paragraph that restates the main idea in your writing.
Justified text is aligned along the left margin, and letter- and word-spacing is adjusted so that the text falls flush with both margins, also known as fully justified or full justification
Communication communication by means of written symbols (either printed or handwritten)
