| anorchidism | absence of one or both testes |
| cryptochidism | hidden testes, un-descended testis |
| balanitis | inflammation of the glans penis |
| phimosis | narrowing of the opening in the foreskin |
| hypospadias | the urethra opens on the under surface of the penis |
| epispadias | the urethra opens on the upper surface of the penis (dorsum) |
| hydrocele | accumulation of fluid around the testes |
| varicocele | dilated and twisted veins in the spermatic cord and around the testes |
| aspermia | no sperm |
| oligospermia | low sperm count |
| sterility (infertility) | inability to produce babies |
| Erectile Dysfunction (ED) | inability to have or maintain erection |
| Benign Prostate Hypertrophy (BPH) | non-malignant enlargement of the prostate |
| Digital Rectal Exam (DRE) | examination of the prostate through the rectum |
| Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) | blood test used in screening for cancer prostate |
| semen analysis | examination of semen for sperm count, normal average count 20-40 millions, test for infertility |
| orchidectomy | sugical removal of the testis |
| vasectomy | culting and removal part of the vas deferens on both sides, method of contraception |
| circumcision | surgical removal of the foreskin |
| prostatectomy | surgical removal of the prostate a/ transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) b/ transabdominal (supra-pubic) |
