Circumference The boundary line or perimeter of a circle. The length of the perimeter of a circle
Diameter The distance across the circle, through the circle
Radius The segment or the length of the segment from the center of a circle to a point on the circumference
Polygon A closed figure formed from line segments that meet only at their endpoints
Congruent Having exactly the same size and shape
Isosceles Triangle A triangle that has at least two congruent sides.
Equilateral Triangle A triangle whose sides are all equal
scalene Triangle A triangle that has no congruent sides
Vertex The point at which two line segment lines or rays meet to form an angle
Parallel Lines Always the same distance apart(never touch each other)
Prism A 3-d figure that has two congruent and parallel faces that are polygons. The remaining faces are parallelograms
