TermDefinition
Test Tube are used to measure,or heat liquids. test tubes are not for apporoximate measurements.
graduated Cylinders are graduated, or marked with a scale for measurement.they are used to accurately measure liquid volume.
beakers are used to mix, measure,or heat liquids, but they are not designed for accurate measurement.
Erlenmeyer flash is used to measure liquid, and helps prevent liquids from splashing or giving off nauseous fumes.
meter stick measures length or width
data table use to organize and read you make
eyedropper an eyedropper is used to dispense small measures of a liquid.
line graph shows the relationship between two variables
spring scale is used to determine the force.
triple beam balance is used to determine the mass to the nearest gram.
Bunsen Burner is a source of gas heat.
hot plate is a source of electric heat
tongs are used to grasp heated material.
thermometers measure temperature
microscope enables us to see very small objects or organisms to small to see with the unaided eye.
