Drug of choice for actinomycosis? Penicillin
HRCT criteria for diagnosis of bronchiectasis (3)? 1. Internal bronchus diameter that is wider than its adjacent artery (signet ring formation) 2. Failure of bronchi to taper as they move toward the periphery of the lung parenchyma 3. Bronchi visualized in the outer 1 to 2 cm of the lung fields
