Communications

Communication sending and receiving of information which prompts an action
Internal communication any forms of communication that allows people within an organisation to communicate
External communication communication between different organisations
Oral communication spoken communication e.g. phone call, meeting, interview, intercom
Written communication word processed communication e.g. memo, report, email
Memo brief notes circulated within an organisation
