These words and definitions have been taught throughout the year.

TermDefinition
1st person The character is telling the story. I, me, my will be used
3rd person A narrator is telling the story. He, she, they will be used
2nd person Usually an opinion piece. The narrator is talking to YOU
Prefix Short piece that comes of the beginning of a word.
Suffix Shore piece that comes at the end of the word.
Synonym Words that mean the same
Antonym Words that mean the opposite
Summarize (fiction) Tells who, what, where, when, how. Usually 2-3 sentences
