equivalent fractions Fractions that look different but are the same amount. (example: 3+x=5.)
improper fraction A fraction that iss a numerator on top and a denominator on bottom.(top is heavier. more on top (N)than on bottom (D).)
decimal Same as a fraction. It breaks one whole into into many smaller units.
hundreths Decimals equal to 100 units of a whole.
thenths Decimals equal to 10 units of a whole. (.01)
