Affiant
Affidavit Written or printed off facts
Affirmation A solemn and formal declaration that an Affidavit is True
Alphabetic filing A system of filing in witch files are labeled stored in Alphabetic order
Alphanumeric Filing A combination of Alphabetic Filing and numeric filing in which files are assigned to blocks according to the letter of the Alphabet

Centralized Filing A filing system in which the are maintained at a single, central location
