Infer/Inference | You decide that it is true after gathering and considering information about it. |
Determine | You discover it or decide on it. |
Analyze | Look closely at each of its parts and see if they fit together in a way that makes sense. |
Advantage | A favorable position or gain. |
Disadvantage | Less favorable position. |
Reflect | You think about it. |
Elaborate | You tell more about it. |
Valid | Reasonable, correct. |
Draw (Conclusion) | Take or pull out. |
Verify | Make sure something is true. |
Eliminate | To get rid of, remove. |
Accurate | Correct in all details. |
Paraphrase | You say it using different words. |
Debate | To engage in argument by discussing opposing points. |
Clarify | Explain it in a way that makes it easier to understand. |
Benefit | Something that promotes or enhances well being; an advantage. |
Demonstrate | You show how you do it. |
Cite | You quote, paraphrase or refer to it. |
Evaluate | Decide if it is good or bad or right or wrong. |
Minipulate | You control it or move around for a specific purpose |
Develop | If you develop something you work on it over a period of time during in which it grows or changes |
Justify | Explain why it is reasonable or appropriate. |
Interact | Your actions effect each other |
Generalize | Take what you know about one situation and apply it to other situations or things. |
Interpret | Explain the meaning of something. |
Distinguish | You recognize it for a specific reason. |
Articulate | Express it clearly. |
Generate | To bring into being, create. |
Synthesize | You combine it in a logical way. |
