Consecutive | Next to each other e.g. 3, 4, 5 |
Square Number | The result of multiplying a number by itself. |
Angle | This is made when 2 straight lines meet each other. |
Symmetry | A mirror image of something or a rotation of something. |
Congruent | Identical. |
Rotation | Turning a shape. |
Acute | An angle smaller than 900 |
Perpendicular | Lines that meet at a right angle |
Translation | Moving a shape |
Isosceles | A triangle that has 2 equal sides |
Enlargement | Changing the size of a shape |
Transformation | Changing a shape in some way |
Reflection | Creating a mirror image |
Scalene | A triangle with no equal sides |
Cube Number | A number made by multiplying another number by itself 3 times. |
Equilateral | A triangle with 3 equal sides |
Negative | A number less than zero |
Decimal | A number between 2 whole numbers |
Integer | A whole number |
Sequence | An ongoing pattern |
