Acute Triangle | An Acute Triangle is a triangle that contains only acute angles. |

Right Triangle | A Right Triangle is a triangle that contains a right angle. |

Obtuse Triangle | An Obtuse Triangle is a triangle that contains an obtuse angle. |

Equilateral Triangle | An Equilateral Triangle is a triangle that contains three sides that are equal in measure. |

Isosceles Triangle | An Isosceles Triangle is a triangle that contains at least two sides that are equal in measure. |

Scalene Triangle | A Scalene Triangle is a triangle that contains no sides that are equal in measure. |

Triangle | A Triangle is a polygon that contains three sides. |

Quadrilateral | A Quadrilateral is a polygon that contains four sides. |

Trapezoid | A Trapezoid is a Quadrilateral with exactly one pair of parallel sides. |

Parallelogram | A Parallelogram is a Quadrilateral with two pair of parallel sides. |

Rhombus | A Rhombus is a parallelogram that contains four congruent sides. |

Rectangle | A Rectangle is a parallelogram that contains four angles that measure 90 degrees. |

Square | A Square is a parallelogram that contains four angles that measure 90 degrees and four congruent sides. |

Congruent | Congruent means equal in measure. |
